By shopping on eTail.com you are agreeing to abide by our terms of use.
Shipping
All orders from ETail.com will be shipped FedEx Ground and are estimated to take 7-10 business days Free Freight Shipping includes curbside delivery only.
Orders delivered to a residential address may incur additional fees of up to $75. These fees may include lift gate fees by the shipping provider Shipping prices and offers for "the continental U.S.A" refers only to the continental United States and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam. Orders being shipped to Canada may incur an additional cost for the transportation of the merchandise. For more info regarding this fee please contact our sales center. Additionally, costumers will be responsible for all customs, duties, brokerage and/or entrance fees that may apply to such shipments. All questions regarding these charges should be directed directly to your local customs officials.
Damages
If at the time of delivery the BOL is signed merchandise is received in good condition, and any damage claims will be denied. We therefore strongly suggest that you inspect the merchandise before signing the BOL.
If there is damage or discrepancy on your order, you must refuse acceptance of the items until transportation agent endorses the extent of damage or shortage. The customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier and be prepared for an inspection of the items.
All damage claims must be reported within the first 24 hours of delivery, and must be accompanied with a picture of the damaged item, no exceptions. Replacements or refunds will only be submitted once the items have been returned. All original packaging material, boxes, and documentation must accompany the return of damaged items. Merchandise will not be picked up if it is not in its original packaging.
Some items require assembly. An adjustment and performance check should be done upon receipt of merchandise. If you find that the merchandise is defective after 30 days, we will not be able to accept return.
Cancelation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped, once shipped, your order can no longer be canceled. You will receive a full refund less a 5% cancellation fee. Any orders cancelled after the item(s) have already been shipped will be charged for the shipping and return delivery charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
Etail.com provides every customer with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any item purchased with our 30 day money back policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange. The merchandise must be returned within the first 30 days from the date you received your purchase for any exchange or refund. A refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued, less the initial shipping charge and any restocking fee that may apply.
Any item(s) being returned must be in its new/ original condition as received unless returning a damaged item. Merchandise that was reported in perfect condition at time of delivery by the customer will not be accepted back if returned in damaged condition.
If you choose to return a non-defective item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your product, as well as a re-stocking fee. Returned items will be charged a restocking fee of 15%-30%. For specific information regarding restocking fees on particular items, please contact our customer care department.
Any item(s) shipped with Ground Service will be charged the initial shipping fee ranging from $50.00 - $75.00. If the merchandise was originally shipped via freight service (LTL), the initial shipping charges will be $150.00+.
In order to return any product you must obtain a return authorization. Please contact our Customer Care department to receive your return authorization number. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise will be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise verified with a customer representative.
You may exchange an item for a different color or size, or a different item. The shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the customer's responsibility, along with any associated upgrade charges. A credit for the returned item will be issued within 10 business days from the time the item is successfully received back in our facility, less any exchange and shipping fees.
All orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges. Our “free-shipping” covers all standard shipping and handling charges to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Etail.com.
Any orders canceled after the item(s) already shipped out will be charged for the initial shipping and return delivery charges.
